Company Description
noticed. is the UK's #1 LinkedIn agency and one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the North of England. We're proud to partner with organisations like the NHS, Ocean Beach, Jane App, and more.
Position Summary
This isn't a typical content role. We're looking for someone to come in and own the content engine behind our founders' personal brands. Our CEO has 60,000+ followers on LinkedIn. Our co-founder has 30,000+. We're expanding into YouTube and other channels. But right now, content happens when we find the time - and that's not good enough. We need someone who makes it impossible for us not to create.
You'll be the person who builds the strategy, maps out direction, plans the content calendar, sits us down in front of a camera, directs the shoot, works with our video editor to get it cut, and distributes the finished product across every channel. You'll think about what we should be saying, where we should be saying it, and how to make it land.
Why This Role Matters
We'll be straight with you: we're not the most well-known marketing agency in the world yet. But that's exactly where we're heading, and founder content is a massive part of how we get there. The ambition is to build two of the most recognised entrepreneurs in UK marketing - and one of the most talked-about agencies on the planet. We're at the stage where the foundations are laid but the story is still being written. The person in this role won't just be documenting that journey - they'll be shaping it.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Owning the content strategy for both founders' personal brands across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Planning and managing a content calendar - deciding what gets made, when it gets filmed, and where it goes.
- Directing and producing content sessions. That means sitting us down, running the shoot, and making sure we walk away with everything we need.
- Working hands-on with video - rough cuts yourself when needed, and briefing our video editor for polished output.
- Distributing content across platforms, repurposing long-form into short-form, and understanding what works where.
- Driving noticed.'s company content and internal marketing alongside the founder brand work.
- Tracking what's working, what isn't, and coming to us with ideas - not waiting to be asked.
- Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and what's cutting through in B2B content.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, production, or a similar role. Agency, in-house, or creator-side - we care more about what you can show us than where you've been.
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform. You don't just scroll - you study it.
- Video production skills - you're comfortable behind a camera and in an editing suite (even if it's just for rough cuts).
- Strategic thinking. You can connect "what should we post" to "why does this matter for the business."
- The confidence to tell two founders what to do creatively - and the judgement to know when to push and when to listen.
- Obsessive attention to what's working in the content world right now. Not last year. Right now.
- You're self-starting, organised, and you don't need to be chased.
- Above all, we want someone with a point of view. Someone who has opinions about content and isn't afraid to back them up. We're not hiring a pair of hands - we're hiring a brain with hands attached.
What We Can Offer
- Flexible working hours
- A company MacBook
- Mentoring for personal and professional development
- Direct access to the founders - this role reports straight to the CEO
- The opportunity to build something from scratch in a fast-growing agency
- A role that will grow as we grow - this is a ground-floor opportunity
