We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll act as the primary contact for clients, translating their needs into clear briefs for our content & creative teams.

  • To provide monthly insight reports to the Account Director regarding progress across all managed accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services.

Experience in a client services or account management role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunities.
