We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth - both personally and professionally. Someone who isn’t afraid to get out of their comfort zone, can adapt quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate the delivery of campaigns, and ensure our work meets the highest standards. You’ll act as the primary contact for clients, translating their needs into clear briefs for our content & creative teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Attend client meetings, take briefs, and present work.
- Work with the wider team to develop effective campaigns for our clients.
- Have your finger on the pulse with our clients’ industries to ensure we are always 10 steps ahead.
- Provide monthly insight reports to the Account Director regarding progress across all managed accounts.
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s marketing playbook.
- Bring your own thoughts and ideas to the table as to how we can improve as a partner and an agency.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services.
- Experience in a client services or account management role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the marketing mix.
- Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn.
- A deep understanding of marketing (particularly in the B2B space).
- Personality, ambition and a genuine drive to deliver for us and for our clients.
