About The Team
Our Talent Acquisition team is the engine of our hyper-growth. We’re a small, nimble group of London-born challengers taking on the established giants of tech. Right now, we’re solving the puzzle of how to scale a global tech titan at a ferocious pace without losing the human, designed touch that makes us Nothing. We don’t do corporate filler or legacy tech fluff; we build better ways to find the essential engineers and future founders who will help us create tech that’s actually exciting again. You’ll be joining a team that values sharp wit, cultural awareness, and the guts to say the quiet part out loud when there’s a better way to work.
What You’ll Do
- Look after the flow of candidates to ensure a world-class, emotionally intelligent experience that reflects our brand identity.
- Audit our data integrity and use those insights to influence how we optimise our global recruiting engine.
- Streamline interview scheduling and operations to keep our hiring process moving at the speed of a startup.
- Assist in the development and smooth running of our internship and graduate programmes to find the next generation of leaders.
- Coordinate and attend university events and partnerships, acting as a direct ambassador for our Challenger-Minded point of view.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job briefs that are direct, unbiased, and designed to inspire the right talent.
- Share feedback with candidates in a way that is human and direct, ensuring every interaction with Nothing is useful and transparent.

Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room.
