We’re building a different kind of company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look to how they sound, feel, and function, we care about the details that make technology not just useful, but inspiring. This is a place for the curious. The creators. The ones who ask why not and mean it. If you're drawn to bold ideas, fast moves, and work that actually makes you feel something, you’ll fit right in.

About Nothing: Founded in London in 2020, Nothing is a design-led tech company building an alternative to the industry giants. Our products – from award-winning smartphones to expressive audio and wearables – blend iconic design with intuitive engineering to put people and creativity back at the centre of consumer tech. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, C Ventures, and influential investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’ve grown from startup to global challenger in just a few years.

The Role: At Nothing we don’t play it safe. In the short time we’ve existed, we’ve made an impact by going against the grain of the tech industry, building an amazing community and building a culture of ‘do and learn’. We’ve had great success in making waves in culture through social, press and influencers. We are evolving an underdeveloped workstream focused on driving organic, incremental growth on social platforms through strategic collaborations with creators. Focusing primarily on TikTok, this role will play a critical part in identifying trending content early, initiating creator-led brand content, and helping shape a scalable governance model starting with a UK & US-based pilot and expanding globally. If you’re a TikTok and social addict, who can recognise trends early, knowing how to translate them to work for brands in an authentic and culturally relevant way - this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Trend Spotting & Activation: Monitor early-stage viral TikTok content and convert emerging trends into brand-led campaigns, leveraging our distinctive brand assets (e.g., visually compelling products, logo, packaging).
  • Partnerships Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with TikTok creators and high-influence creators. Develop and execute strategies to promote brand campaigns among mid-tier creators at scale, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand voice.
  • Internal integration: Be comfortable at working with the social team, culture, paid media teams and wider marketing to create integrated moments when you see successful content.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead or contribute to TikTok campaigns with a proven track record of success. Experience may come from in-house brand teams or agencies. Agency candidates must have owned the full execution process, not just creative ideation or talent outreach.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead the negotiation of partnership terms, compensation, deliverables, usage rights, and contractual agreements with creators and their representatives, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate partnership budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return.
  • Regional Management: Be able to translate successful case studies from test markets (UK & US), to give guardrails and guidelines to regional teams to execute in local language cultures and social handles (main language examples - German, Japanese, Spanish). Be confident at managing regional teams delivery, and giving constructive feedback.

About you:

  • Strong experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital content partnerships with a focus on TikTok.
  • Tech background is not necessary - experience in beauty, fashion and lifestyle is welcomed.
  • Have clear case studies of success in launching or managing viral TikTok campaigns.
  • Strong network or understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem, from VIPs to micro and mid-tier influencers.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and commercial teams.
  • Agile mindset with a test-and-learn approach; ability to scale ideas from pilot to global rollout.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships with commercial incentives or product-based value exchanges.
  • Experience working with celebrities or brand ambassadors is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience with brands achieved proven success on TikTok; Can either be an in-house marketing team or Agency. For an agency, you must have done the work end to end, not just creativity outsourcing or VIP outreach.

We are an equal opportunity employer and will always promote a more diverse and inclusive environment. We are committed to being a welcome employer for all candidates.
