Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Smartphone Marketing to develop and implement software marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and the smartphone product roadmap.
- Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for software products and features, ensuring they align with product launches and smartphone promotions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors. Use insights to guide marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure software features are effectively communicated to the target audience. Coordinate with sales teams to align on product messaging and positioning.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, product videos, blog posts, and social media content that promotes software products.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of software marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering engagement and driving product adoption and retention through targeted marketing programs.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints, particularly for software-related initiatives.
Requirements:
