Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Creative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shooting, editing and producing social-first content for our clients and artists across the electronic music scene — turning raw footage from shoots, shows and studio sessions into fast, sharp, platform-native edits.

You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring campaign concepts to life visually, from ideation through to final export.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content

Creation: Create social assets — video edits, cutdowns, reels and short-form content — for a range of clients across Instagram, Tik Tok and beyond, tailored to the electronic music genre.

  • Video

Editing: Edit video for social media using Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro preferred) or Cap Cut and similar platforms, delivering polished, platform-ready content on tight turnarounds.

  • On-Site Shooting & Editing: Shoot and edit content on location at shows, sessions and events, capturing footage that reflects the mood and energy of the room in real time.
  • Content Ideation: Contribute to social content ideation across a range of clients, bringing fresh creative angles that fit each brand's voice and audience.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social trends, formats and platform movements, applying them where they genuinely serve the content rather than for their own sake.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider creative team, artists and clients to ensure output is on-brand, on-brief and delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience editing video for social media, ideally within music, entertainment or culture.
  • Proficient in video editing software — Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro) preferred; strong working knowledge of Cap Cut or similar platforms also fine.
  • Genuine love and passion for electronic music and the wider culture around it — comfortable shooting on-site at shows and events.
  • A sharp eye for pacing, sound design and visual storytelling in short-form content.
  • Up to date with social trends and platform-specific best practice across Instagram, Tik Tok and beyond.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines at once.

What We Offer

  • A creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities to work with talented artists and industry leaders.
  • Professional development opportunities in a dynamic agency setting.

Nothing Forced is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
