Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Acton My client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, based at the client’s site in Acton. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to employees, ensuring their health and wellbeing is a top priority. Key Responsibilities: * Provide a comprehensive Occupational Health service, including health assessments, health promotion, safety-critical medicals, travel health assessments, vaccinations, drug and alcohol testing, and more, in line with client requirements and best practice guidelines. * Offer professional advice and support on various occupational health matters. * Assess and manage minor injuries and illnesses, delivering appropriate treatment and care. * Conduct fitness-for-work assessments, ensuring individuals are suited to their roles. * Support the Occupational Health Manager in monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team. * Ensure the clinical services provided are in line with current standards and company policies. Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in A&E or intensive care is desirable. * Strong knowledge of occupational health practices, employment legislation, and health surveillance. * Previous experience in an Occupational Health setting is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide support and guidance to employees and colleagues. * Registered Nurse (Part 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health, or equivalent. Diploma in Occupational Health (preferred).
