Noteworthy Support is a specialist Microsoft partner that helps organisations maximise the value of their Microsoft partnership. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Microsoft Operations & Customer Success Associate to join our team and work closely with one of our key clients. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, partner programmes, and customer success.
The Role
You’ll be embedded with one of our partner organisations and supported by the wider Noteworthy team. Your role will combine Microsoft Partner Center operations, funding and incentives management, and customer success support. You’ll work four days per week with our partner client (including one day onsite in Birmingham) and one day supporting wider Noteworthy projects (onsite in our Reading office). Travel costs to the Birmingham location will be re-imbursed by Noteworthy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Microsoft Operations & Governance
- Managing and maintaining Partner Center data and reporting
- Supporting incentive and funded engagement submissions
- Coordinating CPOR and PAL customer associations
- Preparing and managing funding claims and documentation
- Supporting audit and compliance processes internally
- Customer Success Support
- Assisting with customer onboarding and adoption activity
- Maintaining customer success plans and health reporting
- Monitoring usage and engagement signals
- Coordinating escalations and follow-ups
- Performance & Reporting
- Tracking progress against agreed scorecards and KPIs
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports
- Working closely with internal sales, delivery, and Microsoft contacts
- Communicating with customers to support the account management team
- Building strong working relationships across teams to drive productivity in role
What We’re Looking For
You might be right if you have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, operations, or support role
- 1–3 years’ experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Partner Center
- Exposure to CSP, incentives, or funding programmes
- Experience in presenting information to others
