Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality own roasted coffee, brunch, craft beers, well‑chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 12+ locations across London.
Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations at our busiest location — Notes Kings Cross.
You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving profitability, and inspiring the team to maintain the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in General Manager and senior management roles within the hospitality sector, leading large teams and delivering exceptional brunch and evening service.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
