We’re a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality coffee, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 12 locations across London. We love our customers, and our teams are fun-loving families!

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Notes team at the Canary Wharf Crossrail. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, ideally 2+ years
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
