Location: Field-Based
Salary: £35,256 Starting + Up To £1,000 Onboarding Bonus + Bonuses

We’re NoteMachine, one of Europe’s top ATM providers — moving over £10 billion in cash annually, with over 14,000 machines in our ATM network, covering all of the UK. We work with national retailers, leisure venues, and local businesses to deliver smart, secure, and seamless cash access.
As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer who’s hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges across our ATM network. Whether you’re experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you’re a sharp problem solver, solution finder, a master on the tools and great with customers, this role could be the perfect fit.
- Up to £1,000 onboarding bonus (dependent on experience and paid on passing probation)

Responsibilities:
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards
Requirements:
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems
- A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
- Clear, confident communication & customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
