We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and precision to join our IMAC Team – Branding & Installs as a BIT Technician in Glasgow.

What You'll Do

  • Installation & Uplift: Installing and removing lobby ATMs in line with Standard Operating Procedures and weekly schedules.
  • ATM Preparation: Staging ATMs by loading software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and rebranding uplifted machines for redeployment.
  • Branding Excellence: Installing and maintaining bespoke ATM branding across our UK estate.
  • Customer Interaction: Delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role while liaising with internal teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate stock records, usage logs, and time management.

This role requires flexibility for UK travel and occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior ATM knowledge and experience with internal programmes (preferred).
  • Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to follow procedures.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
