We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and precision to join our IMAC Team – Branding & Installs as a BIT Technician in Glasgow.
What You'll Do
- Installation & Uplift: Installing and removing lobby ATMs in line with Standard Operating Procedures and weekly schedules.
- ATM Preparation: Staging ATMs by loading software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and rebranding uplifted machines for redeployment.
- Branding Excellence: Installing and maintaining bespoke ATM branding across our UK estate.
- Customer Interaction: Delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role while liaising with internal teams.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate stock records, usage logs, and time management.
This role requires flexibility for UK travel and occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Prior ATM knowledge and experience with internal programmes (preferred).
- Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to follow procedures.
- A clean driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.
