The Opportunity

As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world technical challenges across our ATM network.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR)
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring on‑time, full machine provision
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all stakeholders
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed repair/replacement records
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards

Requirements

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems
  • ATM experience is ideal but not essential
  • Drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time
  • Valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
  • Methodical problem‑solving mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
  • No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years
