The Opportunity
As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world technical challenges across our ATM network.

What You’ll Do
- Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR)
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring on‑time, full machine provision
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all stakeholders
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed repair/replacement records
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
Requirements
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems
- ATM experience is ideal but not essential
- Drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time
- Valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
- Methodical problem‑solving mindset
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
- No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years
