Position: Financial Institutions Customer Success Manager

Location: Head Office, Crickhowell

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for BAU (Business As Usual) support across multiple Financial Institution accounts.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
  • Lead or support client service reviews and ensure timely, accurate MI reporting.
  • Conduct internal estate analysis to identify process improvements and revenue opportunities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs internally.

  • Experience in customer-facing or operational roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
