Location: Thurrock Cash Centre

Hours: 45 hours/week | 5 days out of 7 | 9‐hour shifts (including paid break)

The Role: Behind the Scenes, Frontline Impact

As a Depot Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and managing the stock, performance, and availability of our ATM estate. From cassette and machine repairs to technical diagnostics and branding updates, you'll keep everything running like clockwork from within our depot. You'll also support our vehicle fleet team with basic checks and upkeep – helping ensure our technicians and engineers stay on the road and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage stock of ATM cassettes, parts, and machines
  • Diagnose, repair, and decommission ATM equipment
  • Install software and perform part replacements on ATMs
  • Assist with ATM commissioning and branding refreshes
  • Support budget control and order management
  • Conduct basic fleet maintenance checks and repairs

What You Bring to the Team

  • Technical know-how (ATM or electronics experience preferred)
  • Solid organisational skills with stock and workflow tracking
  • Excellent problem‐solving ability and initiative
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Able to work independently with a high attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
