At NoteMachine, we’re on the hunt for Technical Support to be one of the driving forces behind our mission to deliver cash when and where it’s needed most.

In this role you will be working 48 hours a week with 4 on 4 off shift patterns. With our in‑house training, you’ll become the expert behind the connections that keep our ATMs running smoothly across the UK.

Day in the Life

As a Technical Support, your days are dynamic, covering everything from basic router configurations to troubleshooting network faults. You’ll be a valued member of the go‑to team for our internal and external customers, resolving technical issues with your expertise and precision. Whether you’re on the phone with one of our engineers or diving into spreadsheets, your role is pivotal in our operations division.

The Right Fit

We’re looking for a team player with an eye for detail and a passion for learning. No advanced experience is necessary; we’re committed to providing top‑notch training in an environment where your contributions have a direct impact on our daily operations. A good telephone manner and experience working on a helpdesk in the past is desirable but not essential.
