We are seeking a friendly Cash Handler/Dispatcher, playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cash management services. This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and security of our financial goods, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company success. In this dynamic role, you will manage cash processing, handle dispatching tasks, and collaborate closely with the operations / CIT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Responsibilities
- You shall accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records.
- You will manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers.
- You will monitor our drivers throughout the day and provide administration support to them from our office.
- You are required to maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution.
- You shall work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently.
- You must adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.
- You should participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.
