The Role
As Ecommerce Manager, you will own the online trading strategy for Noted Aromas responsible for every aspect of the website experience, from first click to checkout and beyond. You'll be the driving force behind conversion optimisation, site performance, and revenue growth, whilst ensuring a seamless, brand-right customer journey at every touchpoint. This is a high-ownership role within a small, highly agile team. You'll bring serious commercial acumen, a data-led mindset, and the ability to move quickly and decisively.
