The Operations Director is accountable for safe, efficient, high-quality production that meets customer demand while achieving cost, people, and strategic objectives. You will lead the end-to-end operations to drive rapid growth and international expansion, ensuring high customer standards across safety, production, inventory, fulfilment, quality, compliance, data, procurement, logistics, and risk. Champion safety, compliance, audits, and regulatory standards Oversee demand planning, inventory control, and stock accuracy Ensure efficient customer fulfilment, SLAs, and logistics performance Maintain quality systems and support international expansion readiness Manage risk, reporting, governance, and site relocation activities Experience with international compliance and operational launch requirements. ERP/WMS systems, demand planning and inventory management. Understanding of fragrance, FMCG, cosmetics or regulated manufacturing (advantageous) Site relocation or major operational change experience preferred.
