The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, strategically minded Influencer Manager to build and lead our influencer and creator function from the ground up. Reporting into the Head of Brand, you'll own influencer marketing at Noted Aromas — responsible for defining the strategy, executing campaigns end-to-end, and evolving the channel as a key driver of both brand equity and revenue. This is a true build-and-scale role. You'll help shape the long-term vision for creator marketing while overseeing outreach, gifting, contracts, content approvals, reporting, and optimisation day to day. As the brand grows, you'll play a key role in shaping what the influencer team becomes next. This role is ideal for someone who loves both big-picture thinking and rolling up their sleeves, and who is excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Brand Building · Develop and own the global influencer and ambassador strategy, aligned to Noted Aromas' growth and evolving market priorities · Define creator frameworks (tiers, ambassadors vs campaign creators, gifting vs paid, long-term partnerships) to ensure a scalable and sustainable approach · Build a balanced creator ecosystem that drives desirability, credibility, and commercial impact · Act as a brand guardian across all creator content, ensuring consistency with Noted Aromas' evolving brand codes, tone, and visual identity
- Execution & Delivery · Oversee influencer outreach, seeding, gifting and relationship management end-to-end. · Lead contract negotiations, usage rights, whitelisting agreements and budget management · Write clear, inspiring creative briefs and manage content approvals to maintain quality and brand alignment · Coordinate product send-outs, tracking, follow-ups and creator comms · Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Performance & Commercial Impact · Own influencer performance tracking across brand and commercial KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS where applicable) · Analyse results and turn data into clear insights and recommendations for optimisation · Partner with paid media and marketing teams to maximise impact through amplification and usage rights · Continuously test, learn and evolve the approach to ensure influencer marketing delivers both short-term revenue and long-term brand value
- Collaboration & Growth · Work closely with the Head of Brand, Head of Performance and other key stakeholders to ensure influencer activity supports wider business objectives. · Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform shifts and emerging creator talent across key growth markets and territories · Contribute to shaping the future influencer roadmap, including recommendations for future hires, tools and processes as the function scales
About You
- 3-5+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management (beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle preferred)
- Experience working with creators across multiple markets or regions is a strong advantage
- Comfortable owning a channel end-to-end – from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience balancing brand-building with performance-driven outcomes
- Excellent cultural and creative judgement, with a clear instinct for what feels premium, aspirational, and on-brand
- Highly organised and self-sufficient, able to manage detail-heavy work while thinking long term
- Confident communicator who can build authentic, long-term creator relationships
- Excited by the opportunity to build a function as the brand scales.
