As a Notcutts Chef you’ll balance your passion for food with the rest of your life. With us, you only work daytime hours, don't work beyond 5 pm. How's that for great work/life balance?
Our restaurants are at the heart of our garden centres and an important reason for customers to visit us. Your attention to detail and organisation will mean excellent customer service is as important to you as the ingredients on your menu. We’re looking for a Chef to join the busy kitchen team in our Garden Centre Restaurant. Our restaurant is bright, modern and airy, our kitchen is well equipped with everything a great chef needs to provide fantastic dishes to specification. Our restaurant is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. So, no more evening service and late nights!
We would like you to have knowledge of health and safety requirements within a commercial kitchen and the ability to work on your own initiative in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. You are also likely to have experience of preparing great food to brand specifications.
