As an Indoor Section Head at our Garden Centre, you will be surrounded by beautiful products, helping customers choose items that bring joy to their lives. You will work alongside the Indoor Manager, with responsibilities across all department areas, ensuring high standards of customer service, maximizing sales, and minimizing wastage.
Your duties will include stock ordering, managing stock deliveries, and supporting the creation of inspirational visual displays. The role may be physically demanding, requiring manual handling of heavy items.
You will assist the Indoor Manager in guiding and motivating a busy team, contributing to making Notcutts a beloved shopping destination. We value your commercial awareness, analytical skills, and retail and customer service experience. There are opportunities for progression and development.
