Role: The role of General Manager is significant. Leading the team, determining layout and stock, delivering sales and service, and all day-to-day operational decision making goes through you. Our size; big enough to operate with proper structure, small enough to give you space, means that you really can make a difference. Expect room to impact the bottom line, project management work on the development of your site, and involvement in wider company initiatives using the experience or expertise you have to offer. We are a team here and you will play a real part in it.
