We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food, excellent hygiene standards, and efficient kitchen operations.

Your attention to detail and organisation will mean excellent customer service is as important to you as the ingredients on your menu.
You will equally be passionate about motivating, leading and training your team to ensure you develop great chefs to deliver great food and great profits.
We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen team in our Garden Centre Restaurant .
Our restaurant is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
No more evening service and late nights!
We would like you to have commercial acumen, experience of managing stock levels and controlling wastage and knowledge of health and safety requirements within a commercial kitchen with your food hygiene qualification at level 3.
You will also have experience and be comfortable with being hands on working alongside your team to prepare dishes on a daily basis to brand specifications.
