The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.
We are recruiting for two part-time positions: 36.5 hours per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and 30 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday). Both roles include working Bank Holidays on a rotational basis and may require additional hours during peak trading periods.
Responsibilities
- Create attractive retail displays that showcase product ranges.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product knowledge.
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels in a Garden Centre environment.
- Support the team during busy periods and adapt to shifting schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a department store, homeware, giftware, or garden products retail setting.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Bank Holidays.
