Part Time - 30 hours per week (averaged over a 2 week rota) . Day time hours - Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8am - 16.30 pm. Alternative weekends - Saturday 8am - 16.30pm and Sunday 9am - 16.00pm. This position will include working Bank Holidays on a rota basis with other members of the team. An element of flexibility with this role will be required to work additional hours to cover holidays, sickness and during peak trading times.

We’re looking for a Chef to join the busy kitchen team in our Dukeries Garden Centre Restaurant. Our restaurant is bright modern and airy, our kitchen is well equipped with everything a great chef needs to provide fantastic dishes to specification. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. So, no more evening service and late nights!
We would like you to have experience of working in a predominately fresh food kitchen, along with a knowledge of health and safety requirements and the ability to work on your own initiative. You are also likely to have experience of preparing great food to brand specifications, especially cooked breakfasts and our famous home made scones!
