The role: Assistant Private Client Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to support our team in the delivery of a flawless service. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into an exclusive world of lifestyle and discovery.
Key responsibilities
- Client support & front-end coordination
- Assist in the research, design and planning of illustrated itineraries.
- Liaise with hotels, private jet & yacht charter partners, car services, exclusive events, restaurants, beach clubs, regional experts, etc.
- Support the team in coordinating logistics.
- Assist in maintaining the latest client profiles, ensuring personal preferences are prioritised.
Back office and administrative support
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and CRM updates (HubSpot).
- Assist the finance team with expense tracking, invoice processing.
