The Senior Acquisition Manager in our Marketing team will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive acquisition strategy to drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal in driving cost efficient growth, reaching new audiences, and expanding our presence through strategic initiatives and optimisations.
Accountabilities
- Develop and lead the acquisition strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets for NOTHS.
- Deliver and execute Performance Marketing strategy across all key channels (including, but not limited to, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Commercial Partnerships, Display/ Programmatic and Media (ATL & OOH).
- Own SEO strategy and delivery (with agency resource).
- Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition by identifying and targeting audiences effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, testing and insight-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Commercial, Data & Insight, Brand & Creative and Product to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Identify and implement innovative acquisition strategies to expand our reach.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance against KPIs, ensuring a competitive return on investment (ROI) and optimising for long‑term customer value (LTV).
- Effectively manage agencies and networks to drive strategy and execution.
- Closely partner with bidding platforms (i.e. Google and Meta).
- Own paid marketing trade reporting and insight on a weekly basis.
Some key skills and experience you’ll need...
- Relevant Paid Media Management experience (in‑house or agency), preferably within a marketplace.
- Strong head for both data analysis and creative thinking.
- High level of knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and media landscape.
- Hands on experience in Paid Social, with specific knowledge of the Meta advertising suite, as well as interest in other platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok etc.
- Proficient in using Excel and data visualisation tools such as Looker.
- Stakeholder management, ability to report on key metrics to management with clear insight and rationale.
- Ability to build strong relationships with media owners, eg Meta.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, customer lifetime value (LTV), and social media engagement.
- Proficiency in utilising various marketing platforms and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Awin, Looker, and GA4.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A solid understanding of SEO, ASO, and content marketing principles as they relate to acquisition.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for the NOTHS brand.
- Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed acquisition targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team‑building skills, capable of nurturing and motivating a high‑performing team.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting strategies and insights clearly and concisely.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating a fast‑paced and evolving market.
