The Role:
We are a London-based advertising agency currently looking for a talented Junior Designer / Artworker to join our multi-disciplined team.
At NNG, we’re looking for someone who isn’t just a pixel-pusher—you’re a visual storyteller. You’ll be the heartbeat of our creative output, helping us craft everything from thumb-stopping Tik Toks and high-impact Instagram carousels to large-scale, iconic OOH campaigns.
You have the “eye” of a creative but the “discipline” of a master artworker. You understand that a design isn’t finished until the file structure is immaculate, the hex codes are on-brand, and the social assets are ready to perform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce compelling social media and digital assets for various clients, ensuring creative alignment with each brand’s strategy.
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute cohesive visual campaigns.
- Deliver high-quality print assets, including troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Develop and adapt designs for large-format and OOH advertising, ensuring impact and clarity at scale.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Treating every file like a piece of art. You’ll handle the resizing, versioning, and technical setup for both digital and print.
- Keeping our internal folders organised, allowing for quicker file management.
DESIRABLES
- 3+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative setting, with a strong portfolio of social digital, and print work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced in artworking and preparing assets for print production, including knowledge of color management, scaling, and file formats.
- Experience working on large-format OOH campaigns, with an understanding of scaling, resolution, and the nuances of impactful large-scale design.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt designs based on client feedback.
- You know the difference between an asset that looks good v one that performs on social media.
