Post Booking Executive
Remote - Hybrid - Office Based
Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week
The Mission
We’re not looking for someone to simply process bookings.
We’re looking for someone who makes sure every booking is right — because accuracy, speed, and attention to detail directly impact our customers’ experiences and our Travel Consultants’ confidence.
As a Post Booking Executive, your role is to keep bookings moving smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll verify bookings, check supplier documentation, resolve discrepancies, and make sure information is accurate across our systems.
Success in this role looks like a service where:
- Travel Consultants trust that bookings are processed correctly the first time
- Customers receive accurate documentation and smooth experiences
- Booking issues are identified before they become problems
- Data across our systems reflects the real-world status of bookings
- Teams can rely on accurate information to support customers effectively
What You’ll Own
1. Booking Accuracy & Verification
Process and verify bookings accurately across company systems, ensuring customer details, supplier information, costs, and documentation are correct.
2. Keeping Bookings Moving
Ensure bookings progress efficiently by resolving issues quickly, chasing missing information, and removing blockers before they impact customers.
3. Supplier & System Accuracy
Cross-check supplier invoices, booking components, and internal systems to ensure everything aligns correctly.
4. Supporting Travel Consultants
Work closely with Travel Consultants to resolve booking queries, explain discrepancies, and support them through post-booking processes.
5. Amendments & Changes
Manage amendments and booking updates accurately while ensuring all systems, documentation, and financials remain aligned.
6. Compliance & Risk Reduction
Support operational accuracy and legal compliance by ensuring processes are followed consistently and issues are escalated appropriately.
7. Continuous Improvement
Help identify better ways of working — reducing errors, improving workflows, and making life easier for customers, consultants, and colleagues.

- Bookings are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Fewer booking discrepancies and reduced rework

Why This Role Matters

This role protects customer trust, supports Travel Consultants, safeguards revenue, and keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes.
Final Thought
