We specialize in providing a wide variety of products for dogs, cats, aquatic life, reptiles, small animals, birds, and more. We are seeking a part-time Assistant Manager/Sales Assistant for our Frome location. This is an on-site role where you will assist in overseeing daily store operations, perform stock ordering from multiple suppliers, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will assist with merchandising and support sales while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of store strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of service.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock ordering, sales techniques and merchandising.
