About Not Impossible
We’re Not Impossible – a Bristol-born, tech-for-good startup on a mission to reimagine how young people find work experience and jobs. We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. So we’ve designed smart-match tech and short, meaningful “microplacements” to open doors for 16-25-year-olds from every background. We help employers host and hire inclusively – and help young people find work that matters to them.
The role
We’re looking for a proactive, digital-first marketer to join our small but mighty team in early October. Your mission? Grow awareness, spark engagement and build a vibrant community of young people. You’ll get hands-on with Instagram and Tik Tok, create toolkits for schools and universities and turn stories into shareable content. This is a full-time, entry-level role, perfect for a recent grad or early-career creative who’s curious to learn and ready to make an impact.
Join us as Marketing & Community Associate – we need someone who can turn stories into movements. Could that be you?
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver plan to engage and grow our young person community through multi-format content (written posts, short-form video and simple graphics).
- Own our organic social content creation for Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Support the set-up of paid social campaigns and referral experiments to drive sign-ups.
- Build out content for digital platforms, including website, email, newsletters and blog.
- Prepare and share toolkits with schools, universities, and NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) partners to make it easy for them to promote opportunities.
- Get involved in events – helping us show-up where young people are.
- Capture and share success stories – photos, videos, quotes – that inspire.
- Stay curious: research trends, competitors and insights to shape our approach.
- Track and report on what’s working using analytics tools.
What you’ll gain
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and community building.
- Opportunity to shape plans and learn in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- A front-row seat in a mission-driven business helping create career opportunities for young people.
Who we’re looking for
- Early career, digital native, with strong instincts for social media and written, video and graphics content.
- Creative, agile and organised, able to turn ideas into action.
- Comfortable using creative, editing and scheduling tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta or similar, and happy to learn new ones quickly.
- Passionate about youth inclusion, impact and doing work that matters.
