We work closely with clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and trust in their financial reporting – helping them grow with confidence and clarity. This role is based in our Birmingham office.

About you... As an Audit Trainee, you’ll dive into real projects from day one. This is more than just a job – it’s a launchpad. You’ll:

  • Support audit fieldwork by reviewing financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payroll reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Engage with clients to understand their systems and processes, attend year-end stocktakes, and contribute to audit testing and reporting in small teams.
  • Deliver high-quality work by managing deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with your team to meet client expectations.

You’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. We’ll give you structure, but also the freedom to grow at your own pace. We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3 A-levels (BBC or above, including a numerical or business subject)
  • Enthusiasm about Audit and motivated to succeed – both in the role and in their qualification journey
  • This vacancy is for school/college leavers only; if you have a degree you should look for a vacancy with "graduate" in the job title.
