You will coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing engagement of Branch, Support Group and HD Voice volunteers, and work with colleagues across the organisation to support good volunteer practice and consistent processes.
As the key coordinator for volunteering systems and infrastructure, you will maintain volunteer records, lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the volunteer database, coordinate volunteer communications and help ensure volunteers can easily access appropriate resources, guidance and support.
