Not For Profit People is recruiting an experienced IPS Grow Support Lead to work across London and the South East. The role trains to become an IPS fidelity reviewer and provides practical support to services, improving fidelity, race equity and employment outcomes.
You will mentor IPS staff, develop training materials, and collaborate with regional leads while travelling regularly across the region to support services and share best practice.
