Not Athletes is building a new kind of fitness platform for people who want more than just workouts. We believe the missing piece in fitness is not information, but structure, accountability, and coaching. We are the UK's first personal training brand. There is no shortage of workout plans, training apps, or fitness content online. What people still struggle with is staying consistent, adapting training around real life, and having the right human support to keep going. That is the problem we are solving.

We are now looking for our first founding coaches to join us early and help shape what Not Athletes becomes. This is for coaches who believe in the vision early, are excited by building something meaningful from the ground up, and understand that great coaching is not just about programming sessions, but helping people stay committed, supported, and progressing over time.

Who this is for

  • We are looking for coaches who have experience with online coaching / remote personal training.
  • Can confidently support clients remotely through programming, accountability, and communication.
  • Understand that adherence matters just as much as exercise selection.
  • Are excited by the idea of joining a brand early and helping shape its future.
  • Want to be part of a mission-driven team, not just fill hours.

Ideal background

  • Must hold a minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of online coaching experience, or a strong personal training foundation with a real interest in coaching clients remotely.

What you'll do

  • Coach clients remotely through the Not Athletes platform.
  • Provide training structure, accountability, and support.
  • Help clients stay consistent and make progress around busy lives.
  • Contribute feedback on the product and coaching experience.
  • Help us shape the standard for coaching inside Not Athletes.

Why join early

This is an opportunity to get in early with a brand that is being built around a strong belief: human coaching is still the most important layer in fitness adherence. We are creating something for the people who want real support, not more noise. If you're the kind of coach who sees where fitness is going, believes coaching should be more human and more accountable, and wants to be part of building that future, we'd love to hear from you.
