About Us
Hi, I’m Sophia Hilton, founder of the Not Another brand family including Not Another Salon, Not Another Academy, and now our newest chapter, Not Another Club. I started life as a hairdresser, and about ten years ago I opened Not Another Salon, which went on to become one of the most famous salons in the UK known globally for creativity, inclusivity, and breaking the mould. Because that did so well, we launched Not Another Academy, a colour education company for experienced hairdressers, which quickly became the #1 selling hairdressing academy in the UK. From there, we built our online education platform, also called Not Another Academy, which again became the best-selling online education brand in the country. Now we’ve evolved again into Not Another Club — our online membership program helping salon owners and independent stylists master business, money, marketing, and mindset. Although Not Another Club is only four months old, it’s already the fastest-growing and largest business membership in the UK hair industry, built on eight years of experience in online education.

The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Funnel Manager, someone who knows how to design and build high-converting customer journeys for online education or coaching businesses. You’ll be the person connecting our marketing strategy, technology, and customer experience, making sure every touchpoint feels seamless and drives growth. We already have a strong foundation; our website, automations, and email systems are running well, but we’re ready for smarter strategy, sharper funnels, and bolder campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimise landing pages, funnels, and email sequences that sell
- Create lead magnets and upsells that attract the right clients
- Map and manage the marketing calendar and campaign flow
- Write or guide authentic, persuasive sales copy
- Analyse performance and make data-driven improvements
- Update our LearnWorlds platform and website (basic tech and content management)
- Manage automations and integrations across systems
- Fix and adapt tech quickly when issues arise (flexibility matters!)
- Collaborate with Sophia and the team on launch strategy and marketing flow
- Spot holes, trends, and opportunities for innovation and growth
You’ll Thrive in This Role If:
- You’ve worked in online education, digital courses, or coaching programs
- You’ve built or managed funnels that actually convert
- You understand both sales psychology and tech setup
- You’re creative but commercially minded
- You can write or edit copy that feels natural, not “salesy”
- You can work flexibly and troubleshoot when needed
- You’re London-based (ideally), or within a couple of hours for regular in-person catch-ups
- You genuinely care about helping people succeed, not just selling to them
How We’ll Work Together
To start, we’ll offer a paid trial project where you’ll review our current funnel setup and show us what improvements you’d make. If we’re a good fit, we’ll move into an ongoing freelance role (1–2 days/week), with the possibility of part-time employment later if that is something that matters to you. For the right person, we’re open to discussing performance-based bonuses or a commission structure tied to growth results.
