We have bold ambitions to scale meaningful community health initiatives that go far beyond basic fitness classes.
We are seeking a driven, Level 2/3 qualified Lead Facilitator to launch two new Penzance-based sessions—one rooted in Newlyn and another on the Treneere estate - working directly with residents managing health conditions, social isolation, or poor mental health.
Beyond these core sessions, you will have the opportunity to support specialised community partnerships and targeted outreach to vulnerable cohorts as our impact grows.
We offer a generous hourly rate on a self-employed contractor basis, alongside paid expenses and extensive training opportunities. Active delivery is underway in Bodmin and Liskeard, with Penzance launching next and Camborne ahead.
