Let’s fix hospitality, for good. Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory.

Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.

The role: We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Inventory Management squad. Most inventory systems still feel like spreadsheets. You’ll design something far better: an intelligent inventory system that guides restaurants to be more profitable and automates admin tasks, helping restaurant owners and operators focus on what matters the most: happy customers and happy teams.

This is a role where access to customers is guaranteed, iterations are fast and feedback comes quickly. As a product designer, you’ll help shape what gets built as well as the end-to-end experience, working towards our vision of a purpose-built restaurant OS where AI assistants take control of prime cost.

The Squad: The Inventory Management squad owns the product surface that spans procurement, stock management and restaurant accounting: ordering ingredients from suppliers, making sure the invoice that lands a week later matches what had arrived, counting stock on Sunday nights, tracking what was binned vs served, and making sure every cent of it is accounted for in the P&L.

Right now, the squad is building AI assistants that turn tomorrow's forecasted demand into tonight's supplier orders, and that hunt down invoice discrepancies across hundreds of line items before a finance team has to go looking. We balance that with evolving the entire Nory system, shipping quickly and iterating on real customer feedback.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own meaningful parts of the Inventory experience end to end - from understanding the problem through to shipping and learning from the outcome.
  • Design UX patterns for AI assistants across web and mobile that make restaurant and back office teams’ lives easier.
  • Ship enhancements across the full Inventory surface, making the product effective and trustworthy for busy operators.
  • Design to decrease time on task and increase clarity, using customer insights, product data, and business metrics to shape decisions and measure impact.
  • Work with cross-functional partners from product, engineering and customer success to deliver real business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and evolve Bento, our design system.
  • Prototype fast, in Figma, code, or whatever helps you move quickest - to stress-test ideas internally and with customers.
  • Help the product grow up without getting old, bring enterprise-grade maturity without losing speed, creativity, or customer focus.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
  • A portfolio that’s simple and outcome-focused: the problem, the solution, your role, the result.
  • You’ve been the go-to person driving important product work forward.
  • You care about business and customer impact and drive toward measurable outcomes.
  • You hold strong, customer-informed opinions and can reason from first principles.
  • You’re resourceful and proactive in ambiguous situations.
  • You understand complex domains deeply, then rise above the complexity to make something radically simpler.
  • You work effectively across functions and simplify complex ideas.
  • Comfortable with HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind to build dynamic prototypes.
  • You’ve seen a product or company go from scrappy to “enterprise-grade” without losing momentum.

Bonus points:

  • You’ve brought a touch of B2C design sensibility to B2B products.
  • Experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant tech, inventory, procurement, or another operationally complex industry.
  • You’ve designed effective automation or AI-assisted experiences in a B2B product.
  • A track record of staying with a company as it scaled.
  • Side projects where you owned design, build, and distribution yourself.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Competitive salary range depending on experience.
  • Meaningful equity, at Nory everyone is an owner.
  • 35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays).
  • Comprehensive private health insurance via Irish Life (Ireland) and Axa (UK).
  • Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support.
  • Learning & development culture – €1000 personal annual budget + quarterly book budget.
  • €250 home office workspace budget.
  • Regular team offsites & socials.
  • Work from anywhere for up to 3 months of the year.
  • Offices in either London, Dublin or Spain.

How we work: Our vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry. One where operators are in control, margins are stronger, and frontline teams can build careers they’re proud of. To get there, we move fast, stay focused, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Our values guide how we work, grow, and win – together.

We serve up impact with a side of profit: We prioritise work that delivers real financial results for our restaurant partners.

We prioritise speed of service: We move fast, unblock quickly, and deliver with urgency.

We act like owners: We own problems, raise the bar, and build better every day.
