Let’s fix hospitality, for good. We’re on a mission to help the hospitality industry double their profitability, reduce their carbon footprint, and create better working environments for their teams. Our CEO, Conor, founded and scaled Mad Egg – one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Ireland. After years of juggling “market-leading” systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the solution he wished he had from day one: Nory. Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins. Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined and a recent Series A led by Accel, we’re scaling fast. We’ve grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK and Spain, and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and take our outbound engine to the next level. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone ready to own pipeline generation and play a key part in how we scale. You’ll be replacing a former BDR who just earned a promotion to AE — so if growth is what you’re after, you’re in the right place.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own outbound – Lead the charge on generating high-quality pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Pipeline management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support our Account Executives in consistently smashing monthly revenue targets.
  • Account research – Identify key decision-makers and uncover strategic insights using sales tools and online research.
  • Messaging & campaign execution – Craft and deliver personalised, value-led messaging that speaks to our prospects.
  • Collaboration & strategy – Work closely with AEs, marketing and leadership to align on outreach strategies and boost effectiveness.
  • Feed the machine – Share learnings with AEs, Marketing and Product to improve go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales in a startup, or strong hospitality ops experience with early exposure to sales.
  • A track record of exceeding pipeline targets or supporting revenue goals.
  • Hunger and ambition to be the best – you thrive in a target-driven environment and own your results.
  • A creative, curious approach to outbound – you test, learn, iterate, and don’t rely on stale templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, tech, and making a real difference to frontline teams.
  • Coachable, self-driven, and ambitious – whether you’re aiming to become an AE, a team lead, or both, we’ll back your growth.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Equity at our Series A valuation
  • Hybrid setup – 3 days a week in our Holborn office, at industry events, or meeting clients face-to-face.
  • 35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)
  • Comprehensive private health insurance
  • Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support
  • Learning & development culture – £1000 personal annual budget + quarterly book budget
  • £200 home office workspace budget
  • Regular team offsites & socials
  • And much more

We hire humans. At Nory, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. Your individuality matters, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, family status, age, disability, or race.
