Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined. We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and take our outbound engine to the next level. This role is based in our London office, with at least 3 days a week in the office.

  • Own outbound – Lead the charge on generating high-quality pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Pipeline management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support our Account Executives in consistently smashing monthly revenue targets.
  • Account research – Identify key decision-makers and uncover strategic insights using sales tools and online research.
  • Collaboration & strategy – Work closely with AEs, marketing and leadership to align on outreach strategies and boost effectiveness.
  • Feed the machine – Share learnings with AEs, Marketing and Product to improve go-to-market strategy.

A creative, curious approach to outbound – you test, learn, iterate, and don’t rely on stale templates.
