Norwood operates care homes and family centres across London and a site in Berkshire. We support and empower neurodiverse children and their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives. About the role: As a Welfare Benefits Manager, you will provide timely specialist advice and information on all benefit matters relating to the people we support. You will continuously improve the delivery of such advice and support our clients to access the benefits they are entitled to, acting for the client, where necessary, in completing the appropriate paperwork. You will work collaboratively and proactively with the wider organisation to ensure that a high level of support is provided to the people we support and all other stakeholders. You will lead the appointeeship relinquishment project that is due to commence in April 2025.
