We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with complex needs in a residential setting. It’s an opportunity to help individuals live meaningful, fulfilling lives in an environment that values dignity, choice and independence.

We invest in your growth, care about your wellbeing, and give you the pride of knowing your work changes lives.

Your role will be varied and active. You’ll:

  • Support people with their personal routines including personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage independence through life skills like budgeting, shopping and social outings
  • Help people enjoy hobbies and interests: swimming, music, arts and outdoor activities
  • Accompany residents to health appointments and trips out
  • Work closely with our Physical Activity Practitioner, including in the hydrotherapy pool
