Set within 120 acres of peaceful Berkshire woodland, our village in Crowthorne is home to adults with autism, profound learning disabilities and associated conditions such as epilepsy, sensory processing difficulties and complex behaviours.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people to live their best lives of choice, celebrating each individual’s strengths, capabilities and potential every day.
