About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead a residential service where quality, dignity and person‑centred support genuinely matter. As the Registered Manager, you will have day‑to‑day responsibility for the leadership and running of a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within Ravenswood Village. You will lead with visibility, compassion and accountability, creating an environment where people are supported to live meaningful, fulfilling lives with choice, independence and belonging. Working within a values‑led and regulated environment, you will ensure the service is safe, compliant and high performing, while also creating a warm and homely environment for the people who live there. This role requires registration under the Health and Social Care Act (2008) and offers the opportunity to lead a committed team within one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Your Day to Day You will:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of the residential home
  • Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support is consistently delivered
  • Promote Active Support and lifelong learning approaches
  • Support people to make choices, manage risk positively and live fulfilling lives
  • Lead, coach and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Support Workers
  • Oversee recruitment, supervision, performance and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
  • Monitor budgets, resources and overall service performance
  • Work collaboratively with families, professionals and internal support services
  • Maintain accurate reporting, records and regulatory documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement and service quality across the home
