About the Role
The People Co-ordinator (Recruitment) works in close partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver safe, effective, and well-organised recruitment and onboarding processes across Norwood. Acting as a central coordination point, the role supports hiring activity from offer through to start, ensuring momentum is maintained and service levels are upheld.
You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks, working collaboratively with Recruiters to progress candidates and with Hiring Managers to keep them informed, compliant, and supported. As part of this partnership model, the role may also provide short-term cover for Recruiters during periods of leave or peak demand, progressing agreed recruitment activity within defined parameters.
You will ensure records, systems, and documentation are accurate, timely, and meet Norwood's safer recruitment and regulatory standards. While primarily aligned to Recruitment, the role also partners with Learning and Development, People Partnering, and the wider People and Culture team to provide administrative support where required, contributing to a joined-up People and Culture service.
This is a hands-on coordination role operating during a period of recruitment change and digital transformation. It is suited to someone who is highly organised and detail-focused, while also being a strong people person who builds trust quickly, communicates clearly, and maintains positive working relationships with Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and People and Culture colleagues.
You will be confident working across multiple stakeholders, supporting evolving processes and systems, with a strong focus on collaboration, continuity, and dependable delivery throughout change.
