At Norwood, we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead two adult services, one residential and one supported living, providing high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As the Registered Manager for both locations, you'll provide leadership across two dedicated teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your Day to Day

You’ll

  • Lead the day-to-day management of two services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
  • Inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams that deliver outstanding support.
  • Promote Active Support, person-centred planning and meaningful opportunities for people to live independently.
  • Build positive relationships with people we support, their families and professional partners.
  • Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and resources to ensure sustainable, high-quality services.
  • Ensure both services remain compliant with CQC Fundamental Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a culture where people, quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do.
