Reporting to the PAT Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative, fleet, customer service, and reporting tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of both the PAT and Electrical Department and wider business. You will be required to use a variety of business systems and software tools to achieve the desired outcomes. At times, you may be party to sensitive and confidential information, which must always be treated with discretion and professionalism. You will be asked to carry out tasks you are competent in or will be provided with training to develop competency. Main Duties Fleet Administration Process and log regular vehicle checks (van checks, trackers, MOT, servicing, tyres). Organise allocation of vehicles and maintain fleet records. Arrange new vehicle requirements including trackers, signage, and rentals. Liaise with external suppliers such as rental companies and maintenance providers.
