The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.
Contract Type: Permanent, part time 20 hours contracts, working on a shift basis, 3 or 4 days out of 7, including evening and weekend working. We are open to applicants seeking more than 20 hours per week.
About The Role
As a key member of our front of house team, Safety & Security Supervisors will play an important role in both the safety and security of our buildings and the people using them and the overall visitor welcome and experience. While on shift you will be greeting customers and helping to look after them during their visit. In the event of an incident or emergency you will support the Visitor Services Duty Manager to follow procedures and ensure the safety of our guests. Covering both Front and Back of House areas, you will be vigilant to any safety or security risks and follow best practice and Norwich Theatre procedures to de-escalate and resolve any issues that arise.
About You
With excellent customer skills and a natural welcoming and professional manner, you will have experience in a customer facing role involving safety and security and be used to working with the general public and resolving conflicts. This role will require you to hold a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence, however we will provide training and funding to enable you to obtain this if you do not currently hold it.
